This privacy policy describes how Ider Experience ("we", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you visit our website or stay with us.
What we collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone number, dates and any dietary requirements you share with us.
- Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and contact form submissions.
- Newsletter: your email address and language, if you subscribe and confirm.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiries and process bookings.
- To improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To send the newsletter, only with your consent and until you withdraw it. We keep a record of when you asked and when you confirmed.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners.
Three providers handle data for us: Vercel hosts the website, Turso stores the enquiries you send through it, and Resend keeps the newsletter list and delivers our emails. They may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. One cookie remembers the language you picked. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser keeps that choice on your device.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold on you. Email hello@iderexperience.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
